This Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.Essential duties include but are not limited to:Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and paintingRepairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriorsMake ready units for new moveinsKnowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systemsResponsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)Must be available to work some weekendsPerform preventative maintenance activitiesComplete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscapingPool maintenanceCoordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property managerJob RequirementsService Turn Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.Education/QualificationHigh School Diploma or GED.Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
