Overview Clinical Nurse I RN – Critical Care Float Pool – Full‑time, night shift. Located at NYP/Columbia University Medical Center within the Critical Care Unit Without Walls. You’ll rotate between Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CTICU, CCU, Neuro ICU. This role provides full‑time assignments, floating across multiple world‑renowned specialties, with dependable pay and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Provide critical care nursing services across multiple ICUs (Medical, Surgical, CTICU, CCU, Neuro ICU). Participate in shared clinical decision‑making and multidisciplinary collaboration. Deliver compassionate, high‑quality patient care as part of a unit practice council. Adhere to institutional policies, maintaining professional practice standards and excellence. Requirements At least two years of ICU RN experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Current NYS RN licensure. BCLS and ACLS certification. Preferred Criteria CCRN certification. Benefits Float Pool differential pay: 10% of base. Shared clinical decision‑making.
