Position 1099 Wrap Around / Behavioral Aid Worker — Hourly Rate: $20–$25 Therapist — $35–$45 based upon credentials/licensure Mileage Reimbursement: Provided Potential Bonuses: Earn bonuses for quality work and timely submission of documentation Requirements Availability for at least 16 hours per week High demand for weekend and overnight shifts; opportunities available 24/7 to fit your schedule Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance Excellent documentation skills; daily progress notes required Pass a criminal/CPS background check Must be 21 years of age or older Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related fields, or a combination of at least two years of college education and work experience providing mental health or social services, or a high school diploma with at least six years of experience providing mental health or social services. Prior experience working with adolescents in a residential or mental health setting or social service preferred. Responsibilities Facilitate scheduled activities with consumers, notify Program Coordinator or On Call Staff immediately of any emergencies or actions conducted outside of policies and procedures, and maintain documentation in resident files on care plans and behavior management plans. Provide Behavioral Aid, supervise visitation, transportation services to families involved with the Department of Family and Children Services.
