Loan Administrator

Our client, a leading financial institution based in New York, NY, is seeking a Loan Administration/Servicing Analyst to support the administration of its syndicated and bank loan facilities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to the full loan trade lifecycle within a high-volume operations environment. Responsibilities: Administer syndicated loan facilities across the full lifecycle, including drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, extensions, and maturities Monitor interest payments, commitment fees, letter of credit fees, and other facility-related cash flows Maintain accurate facility-level records, including tranche structures, borrower/agent details, and lender allocations Track and administer amendments, waivers, assignments, and participations, ensuring lender registers stay current Monitor covenant compliance and financial reporting requirements, flagging any breaches or missed deliverables Coordinate with agent banks, borrowers, legal counsel, and lenders to resolve servicing discrepancies or documentation gaps Requirements: 1+ years of experience in loan administration, loan servicing, agency services, or credit operations within a bank, asset manager, BDC, or loan servicer Exposure to syndicated bank loans, leveraged loans, or private credit facilities Familiarity with credit agreements and facility structures Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proficiency in Excel; experience with WSO a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
