We're seeking a Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled facility where you'll help ensure our products are packaged and shipped accurately to customers around the world.

What You'll Do:

This is an active role with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Package and palletize products (approximately 90% of the role).
• Pick items accurately from customer orders using shipping checklists.
• Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.
• Assist with loading and shipment preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Perform basic equipment and tool maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience in shipping, picking, packing, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience palletizing large items preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 75 pounds with appropriate assistance and equipment.

Schedule:

44-Hour Work Week:

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
