Position Summary As a Mid-Level Provider, you'll work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to provide personalized care while creating an exceptional patient experience. Services may include: Hormone replacement therapy Weight management Sleep apnea management Hypertension management Low libido and related wellness concerns We’re looking for a provider who understands that great patient care is about more than clinical expertise — it’s also about communication, trust, and building relationships. Qualifications Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions Current DEA license required Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients Ability to clearly explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations Willingness and ability to travel between the Little Rock and Hot Springs locations Ability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday-Friday training Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required Paid Training We provide two full weeks of paid training at $65/hour . Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident and successful in your new role. Credentialing & License Verification As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information. Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider’s scope of practice.
