Sales Associate

As a Tecovas Sales Associate you will support the store leadership team by creating a store environment that delivers an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service throughout the sales floor – greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping. Responsibilities Support a sales‑driven environment and demonstrate extraordinary service standards Deliver high‑quality product services with attention to detail – such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines – to ensure a premium customer experience Support the store team with receiving shipments and preparing product for floor placement Plan for, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to the leadership team Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees Assist in and/or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge Assist in the maintenance of building facilities Qualifications Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and client relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Independent, proactive, results‑driven work ethic Utmost character, honesty, and transparency Requirements High School Diploma Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as required Ability to deliver excellent customer service Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location Must be available to work 15‑20 hours per week, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), evenings, and holidays as needed Part‑Time Benefits Competitive hourly compensation + incentives Free boots and generous employee discount Additional Perks Career growth opportunities – promotion from within Team‑oriented environment with a close‑knit team that celebrates successes together Training and development – ongoing training in sales, customer service, and leadership Fun and engaging work atmosphere – regular team events and in‑store contests Employee recognition programs – recognition and rewards for hard work and dedication The hourly rate for this position is $17.
