Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business. Requirements Proven customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly. A genuine passion for cars and helping people solve their automotive problems. Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software. A detail-oriented approach to managing customer needs and vehicle service.
