Director of Business Development

The Opportunity This is a senior hire focused on raising capital across a diverse LP base, including institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in broadening the firm’s investor relationships and supporting ongoing and future fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute capital raising strategies across multiple LP channels Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth platforms Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes Support the preparation of fundraising materials, reporting, and investor communications Partner closely with senior leadership on investor strategy and market positioning Candidate Profile Proven experience in capital raising / investor relations within real estate (MultiFamily) Strong understanding of a diverse LP landscape (institutional, family office, wealth) Background in real estate private equity Demonstrated ability to originate and manage investor relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr Meraki Talent
