Work involves interpreting documents, crediting customers through our HJ system, lifting, bending, twisting, and inspecting/repackaging merchandise when needed. The role works under direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, guiding team resources toward specific goals and objectives. You Will Monitor workflow and system functions, recommend or employ solutions where appropriate. Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functions to improve team performance, develop and transfer performance skills, and seek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. Assist team members in identifying areas for development and assist them in establishing skill development plans. Participate in the development and implementation of operating procedures. Work effectively with others in a team environment, take direction from supervisors, follow work rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism. Lead and manage others effectively. Maintain safe operating practices. Perform other duties as assigned. You Must Have Functional reading, writing, and math skills. Graduation from high school or equivalent. Education and experience may be substituted for one another. PC literacy. Written and verbal communication/instruction skills. Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Innovative ideas followed by clear planning and implementation. A flexible attitude. Self‑motivation and a determination to succeed. The ability to meet deadlines. The ability to work overtime as required. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The ability to work with a team. The ability to lift products of up to 50 lbs.
