Associate Director Indirect Procurement
Our client is a leading global technology company and is seeking an Associate Director Indirect Procurement, to manage and develop a high functioning team and play an integral role in shaping and making a significant impact on procurement operational efficiency.
What you will do:
The Associate Director will be tasked with leading and optimizing procurement strategies which will reduce costs without compromising on quality or delivery times. In addition the role will develop and implement advanced supplier management and development initiatives, integrate and standardize processes across all departments, manage supplier contracts effectively to ensure compliance and mitigating risk, act as SME in collaboration with stakeholders to drive innovative sourcing solutions.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of procurement management experience with a track record of success in cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Experience negotiating with high-level suppliers and stakeholders.
