Job Details

• Location: Farmington, New Mexico
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS (must be American Heart Association accredited)
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience: 1-year minimum, preferred 2 years
• Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE)
• Unit Information:
  • Number of Beds: 43
  • Patient Ratios: 1:5 and 1:6
  • Equipment: VS machine, bladder scanner, IV pumps, thermal imaging, lifts, tube feeding pumps
  • EHR: Cerner
• Additional Information:
  • Must have med/surg experience; charge nurse experience and oncology skills are preferred but not required
  • Common diagnoses include cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, wounds, CHF
  • No minimum experience requirement beyond 1 year
  • Must be available to start on 10/05/2026 and work through 01/04/2027, with at least 36 hours guaranteed per week
