One parent commutes to San Francisco most weekdays, while the other works from a dedicated home office and is often focused during the day. Three kids leave for school by 8 a.m., creating a fast pace and a long to‑do list. We have a biweekly deep cleaner who handles the heavy lifting on cleaning days, but this role focuses on keeping things running smoothly in between those visits and staying on top of the daily rhythm of a busy family.
