Anesthesiology GME Program Director

Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Salary Estimate: $195,000 - $210,000 / year Job Summary Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Program Director to lead our anesthesia residency program in Thousand Oaks, CA. Qualifications Candidates currently serving as program director or core faculty in an ACGME‑accredited anesthesiology residency (or related fellowship) are highly encouraged to apply. Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Anesthesiology residency prior to start‑date. ABA board certified. Experience must include specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, preferably in undergraduate and/or graduate medical education. Experience must include ongoing clinical activity. Willingness to combine administrative and didactic responsibilities. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Active scholarly activity (peer‑reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer‑reviewed journals, chapters in textbooks, case reports or clinical series presented at scientific society meetings, participation in national committees or educational organizations) is highly encouraged.
