• Start: June 8, 2026
• Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This position is located in the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room at a Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. The role involves conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics, and may require floating to Holy Family Hospital to perform the same duties if overstaffed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• Work in the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room
• Work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Float between units as needed
• If overstaffed, may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties

Required Skills

• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics

Preferred Skills

• Hospital experience preferred

Education Requirements

• WA LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license required
