Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Pay Rate: $60.00–$65.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night Shift, 4x10 Hours — 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM; every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) position within the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room department. The role operates on a night schedule (1600–0200) on a 4x10-hour shift pattern, with every other weekend required. If overstaffed, the clinician may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• Perform social services duties within the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room
• Float between units as required
• Float to Holy Family Hospital to perform the same duties if overstaffed

Required Skills

• Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics

Education Requirements

• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker required
• WA state LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) credential required

Required Experience

• Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Hospital experience preferred
