Responsibilities The Cash Applications Team Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day cash posting operations and ensuring accurate, timely application of payments and adjustments. This role serves as a subject matter expert in cash application workflows and provides leadership, training, and quality oversight for the Cash Applications team. Extensive experience using Epic Systems is required. Handles confidential information; Maintains HIPAA privacy standards regarding patient account information. Performs all work in accordance to the mission, vision and values of Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in cash applications, payment posting, or revenue cycle operations Epic experience required (cash posting, lockbox, EFT/ERA workflows) High school diploma or equivalent required Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience Experience in a hospital or healthcare revenue cycle environment Experience working with bank lockbox vendors and correspondence posting Strong understanding of revenue cycle cash application processes Advanced proficiency in Epic cash posting workflows Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Learn more about diversity at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oklahoma Heart Hospital, L.L.C.
