Medical Equipment Delivery Driver Service Technician

Overview Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to join our team. This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient’s residence Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis Benefits and Compensation $19-$21 per hour Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Matched 401k Eligibility on Day One of Employment FSA Account (Medical and/or Dependent) Employer Paid Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Accident, Hospital Indemnity, and Critical Illness Insurance Pet Insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Qualifications Current state issued driver’s license Class C CDL (required) with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred but we can help you get the required licenses needed for this position Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily (up to 165 lbs) Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life Dedication to our mission that includes caring for our customers with the highest standard of compassion, integrity, and care We look forward to seeing your application and the opportunity to speak with you further!
