What You'll Do As Sales Manager, you will lead a handful of sales representatives throughout a territory covering portions of South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota . Your responsibilities will include: Lead, coach, and develop an established sales team Set expectations and create accountability around goals and performance Identify opportunities to increase sales and market penetration Develop and execute sales strategies across the territory Manage quarterly sales forecasting and monthly budgets Monitor expenses, margins, and overall profitability Track sales performance and help representatives achieve their goals Strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth Partner with branch and senior leadership on sales strategy and business objectives Support the professional development and continued success of the sales team What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out This is an opportunity to join a stable organization with an established customer base and sales team rather than starting from the ground up.
