Marketing Manager Description Our client is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to own their overall marketing strategy including brand, campaign, and digital direction. What You’ll Do Develop and supervise all marketing and communications strategies for the company to define objective, audience, message, and success measures for each campaign. Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans including priorities, campaign calendar, and budget recommendations. Create client-facing, recruiting, and employee-facing content for use in digital, written, and visual campaigns and materials, including photography, employee features, and community involvement. Oversee the development of goals and the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to build and maintain a positive corporate brand. Oversee all digital marketing platforms to monitor search optimization, evaluate website performance, and assess discoverability in AI-driven and generative search channels. Review blog posts, social content, webpage rewrites, and collateral before publication for accuracy and brand consistency. Create and manage the marketing budget and ensure materials are developed and distributed within an appropriate timeline. Proactively seek new creative methods and strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events. Capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization to employees, customers, and the community across a variety of settings. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in marketing. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field. What Makes You Successful Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategy development, including annual planning, campaign architecture, and budget allocation for a multi-service-line business. Comprehensive knowledge of emerging AI and generative search channels and their effect on content discoverability. Thorough knowledge of digital marketing performance measurements, including web analytics, conversion tracking, KPI definition, and attribution. Thorough knowledge of search engine optimization, local search, and Google Business Profile management for service-based businesses. Thorough knowledge of agency management, including scope definition, deliverable review, and vendor accountability. General knowledge of digital asset management, including file structure, naming conventions and version control.
