Hospital PTA

Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care in our inpatient hospital. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, uphold safety and infection control standards, and contribute to a culture of compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence.
