Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a Level II Trauma Center located in Everett, Washington. This role involves providing specialized care for neonates 34 weeks gestation and greater in a busy NICU environment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Everett, WA
• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Travel experience required
  • State license in Washington or a Compact State RN license in hand
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Charting system experience: EPIC
• Schedule:
  • 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule
  • Shift hours: 12 hours
  • Minimum hours per week: 36.0
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates may be asked to float within the hospital or to a nearby sister hospital.
  • Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
  • All travelers are expected to float as required within their skill set.
  • Submission must include all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submittal and two references covering the past year (six months for CNAs) during the compliance process and prior to start.
