Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for neonates with a gestational age of 22 weeks and greater.
• Manage prematurity and related complications like BPD and perform ROP exams.
• Operate and monitor conventional ventilators, oscillators, and bubble CPAP.
• Ensure nutritional requirements are met for neonates at risk for alteration of nutrition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services like Respiratory Services and Pharmacy.
• Float to Family Maternity Center/Postpartum for specialized care as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level III NICU setting.
• BCLS and NRP certifications required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory; first-timers not accepted.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including four weekend shifts per four-week schedule.
• Willing to float to similar units based on need and skill set.
