Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Experience with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable to a variety of learning and communication challenges across K-12 populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments and individualized therapy to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver services in-person, virtually, or a mix, depending on the assignment
• Maintain thorough records, update progress data, and attend IEP meetings
• Guide teachers and staff with resources and strategies to support students’ communication needs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for every student
