What You'll Do

As a Personal Trainer, you'll help members create sustainable, long-term results through coaching, accountability, and effective fitness programming.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions
• Deliver one-on-one personal training
• Lead small group training sessions
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability
• Ensure safe and effective exercise execution
• Adapt workouts to meet varying fitness levels and abilities
• Build strong relationships that improve retention and engagement
• Conduct proactive outreach to inactive members
• Lead sales and generate referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and movement mechanics
• Positive, professional, and motivating communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized
• Passion for helping people achieve their goals
• Comfortable coaching individuals of all fitness levels
• Personal training certification (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire through an approved organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or NSCA)
• Strong time-management and scheduling skills
• Team player
