We are currently looking for Full-Time 2nd shift (2pm-1030pm).
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Summary:
Provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practices, established standards and administrative policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents.
- Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment in accordance with residents needs and facility philosophy. xxoysbn
- Provides for the community and priority of resident care while assuring for the comfort, emotional care and support of residents
- Assist with the nursing process of the unit, and provides input regarding needed or desired changes
- Maintains documentation which accurately and completely records data pertaining to individual resident care, condition and treatment
- initiates and supervises necessary action on the event of an emergency or disaster
- Protects residents, their privacy and property
- Provides staff coverage for the following shift in the event of absenteeism
- Confers with the DON as necessary to provide input regarding resident care needs, staffing requirements and nursing supply needs for the units
