Phoenix Health Services, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead our overnight team and ensure residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Key Benefits Top pay for leadership roles Shift differential Quiet and focused work setting Daily pay option Flexible scheduling High staffing ratios High PTO accrual rate Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Accident Coverage, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity (401K coming soon) Responsibilities Supervise and support night shift clinical staff (STNAs and nurses) Ensure resident safety, comfort, and proper documentation overnight Respond to emergencies, assess resident status, and contact providers as needed Perform routine nursing duties, including med passes and wound checks Oversee admissions or discharges that occur overnight Communicate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition Pay & Schedule Pay range: (based on license and experience) Shift: Overnight Schedule: Full-time Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio Previous experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus BLS/CPR certification Strong leadership, critical thinking, and documentation skills Why Phoenix?
