What You’ll Do

Complete daily routes servicing lawns and ornamental landscapes
Inspect properties, diagnose turf and plant issues, and apply treatments
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products safely and effectively
Communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations
Monitor treatment results and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
Keep your vehicle, equipment, and tools in top condition

What Success Looks Like

Complete 98%+ of scheduled service stops
Maintain 90%+ accuracy in documentation and compliance
Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction scores
Generate 8+ qualified leads per month
Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours
Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred:

Lawn & Ornamental license or certification
Experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscaping
Familiarity with lawn service equipment and application tools
