If you take pride in fixing things right the first time and enjoy a variety of maintenance tasks in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipmentService HVAC systems: replace filters, clean ducts, and troubleshoot performance issuesInspect and maintain electrical systems, including lighting and wiringPerform plumbing repairs: fix leaks, unclog drains, and maintain fixturesComplete light carpentry work, including repairing doors, windows, and furniturePaint and finish surfaces for upkeep and aestheticsMaintain outdoor areas: landscaping and general upkeepTroubleshoot and repair equipment and machineryRespond quickly to emergency repair requestsKeep detailed records of maintenance activities and work ordersInstall and set up new equipment and ensure proper functionalityEnsure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standardsCollaborate with internal departments and external contractorsProvide excellent service to internal teams by addressing facility-related concernsWhat We're Looking For:Experience & Skills:Previous experience in facility maintenance, building services, or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple disciplines (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Comfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic power toolsProficiency with computers and mobile devices, including:Email and communication toolsWork Order Management Systems and CMMS softwareMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with BAS (Building Automation Systems) and maintenance softwarePhysical Requirements:Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dirt, dust, oils, grease, noise, and various temperatures at timesAbility to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb for extended periods during assigned shiftsAbility to climb ladders and work at heights as requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassistedMust be able to work assigned shifts, including overtime and on-call hours as needWillingness to follow all safety procedures and wear PPE as requiredEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training or certifications in maintenance-related trades preferred8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
