Commercial Cleaner Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Quality Control: Inspect completed cleaning work and submit daily cleanliness reports to management.
Operational Support: Order and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and securely.
Client Relations: Coordinate with clients to handle feedback, complaints, and special requests.
Technical Training: Train staff on proper procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment usage.
Direct Cleaning: Provide daily support for cleaning designated, often private or high-traffic, areas.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant, job-related experience is required.
Leadership: Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Ability: Capability to perform, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Compliance: Due to federal contract requirements, this position may be restricted to U.S. Persons (citizens, nationals, permanent residents, or asylees).
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is needed.

Role Type: Part-Time (approx. 30 hours per week).
