Senior AI Program ManagerPay Rate - $60-70/Hr Duration: 12 Months Location: Northridge, CAWe are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Program Manager with extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation, healthcare, banking, insurance, and enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery, portfolio management, cloud transformation, AI/ML initiatives, PMO governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale program execution. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, quality, and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio ManagementAgile & Delivery LeadershipStakeholder ManagementHealthcare TransformationTechnology LeadershipFinancial & Vendor ManagementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of IT industry experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs and portfolios. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Experience managing geographically distributed onshore/offshore teams. Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification. SAFe Agilist Certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). ITIL Foundation Certification. Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Healthcare Payer, Health Plan Administration, and Provider Management domains.
