As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Unarmed Patrol in Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping maintain an orderly environment for patients and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately; complete required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
