About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Retail Sales to take on a pivotal role in leading the retail sales strategy and execution. This senior leadership position is ideal for a candidate who excels in a dynamic, small-team environment and has a proven track record of success in retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the retail sales strategy across key partners, driving revenue growth, and managing essential account relationships. Additionally, the role involves leading sell-in and sell-through initiatives, as well as collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership on go-to-market plans. A key aspect of the role is to build and mentor a high-performing retail sales team. Applicants for the Head of Retail Sales position at the company should have a background in beauty, wellness, or hair, with experience in Sephora and Ulta being a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a Senior Director-level experience in leading retail sales and a strong preference for those with a background in the beauty industry. The role demands a professional with a proven ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who is comfortable operating in a scrappy, small-team setting.
