Trust and Estate Tax Manager

Leading tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients, the fully remote Trust and Estate Tax Manager will design tax strategies, oversee complex return preparation, and serve as the primary client relationship holder. Key responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for personal, fiduciary, estate, and gift tax Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, including personal, fiduciary, estate, and gift returns Conduct technical tax research and resolve complex tax issues while maintaining client relationships Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in tax planning with a focus on trust, estate, and high-net-worth work Experience in a CPA firm, wealth management firm, or law firm Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and a commitment to professional development CPA, JD, or EA certification required Proven ability to mentor staff and effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients
