What you'll own ASC 740 tax provision (quarterly & annual) — this is your stage Federal, state & local income tax compliance via a co-sourced model SOX 404 documentation, controls, and testing Tax audits, notices, and direct interaction with tax authorities Managing outsourced providers — scope, delivery, and performance SEC tax disclosures (10-K and 10-Q) alongside external auditors Tax planning, cash tax optimization, and ETR strategy Mentoring and developing your tax team You bring 7–10+ years of corporate tax experience Big 4 background + in-house public company experience (ideal combo) Deep ASC 740 and multi-state tax expertise OneSource, advanced Excel, ERP fluency CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred Bonus points for Sage Intacct · Vertex · Avalara · FloQast · Power BI · Lightspeed Why this role High visibility with executive leadership.
