Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate personalized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities.
• Engage with Diverse Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy practices that encourage ongoing progress outside the clinical setting.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure patients remain on the path to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications welcomed and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
