What you will have an opportunity to do: Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a luxury property operating at its best? The Lytle Park Hotel is seeking a Lead Engineer to help oversee the day-to-day operation of our Engineering Department while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and team. What You'll Do Lead and support the Engineering team in maintaining hotel facilities and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the property. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests. Assist with vendor coordination and project management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for guests and experts. Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. What We're Looking For Previous hotel, commercial building, or facilities maintenance experience required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed. Schedule Requirements Weekend and evening availability is required. This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency situations when necessary. What are we looking for?
