Territory Manager (Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Naples)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for its Interventional Surgery Division in Florida to drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products. The role involves managing a designated territory, educating healthcare providers on product use, achieving sales targets, and developing new customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Present and educate surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision makers on proper product use and clinical benefits
• Provide on-site technical support during surgical procedures to ensure proper product application
• Develop new customer prospects and expand sales within assigned territory
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BD products, competitors, pricing, and distribution channels
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals while managing expense budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 2-3 years of medical device or operating room sales experience
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work in operating room environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of work time including overnight stays
