The facility fosters a positive atmosphere, encouraging continuous learning and teamwork, which in turn enhances the overall patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional abilities and therapeutic needs, whilst collaborating with the patient care team to create individualized care plans.Implement evidence-based treatment interventions, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide hands-on therapy sessions that may include hands-on techniques, electrotherapy, and therapeutic exercise, delivering care tailored to the patient's unique condition.Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques for exercises, therapeutic equipment, and home health care strategies to facilitate continued recovery outside therapy sessions.Maintain accurate patient documentation and report progress and any changes in condition to the relevant health care professionals.Participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and contribute to the development of best practices.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Total Fit Physical Therapy, you will work with a varied demographic that includes both adult and pediatric patients. The diversity of our patient population offers you the chance to expand your clinical skills and gain experience in treating a wide range of conditions, ensuring every day brings new and rewarding challenges.QualificationsMust possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy.A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is preferred.Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for enhancing patient care and outcomes.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is advantageous, although new graduates are welcome to apply.Familiarity with current rehabilitation technologies and treatment modalities.Compensation and BenefitsThe offered salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
