Residential SupervisorNFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Supervisor to join our residential youth programs located in Haverhill, Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody, and Amesbury, MA.Our residential programs support youth in need of temporary out-of-home placement and serve adolescents and transitional-age youth (ages 12–22) with emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, often with histories of complex trauma. Youth are referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).About the Role:The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the program, including oversight of staff, youth, and daily operations.
