Responsibilities Install HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local/state codesCollaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of installations
Conduct quality checks and system adjustments for optimal performance
Communicate clearly with clients and maintain professionalism on-site
Complete accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols Minimum Qualifications Required Valid Gas License
EPA Certification
Proven residential experience as an HVAC installation technician on Oil, Gas & AC Systems
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds Benefits 4% 401(k) match, health, dental, and vision insurance
