Industrial Sales Account Manager

Work Location

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Abbeville, SC. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our office. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Travel is minimal, as most customer meetings, account management, and business development activities are conducted virtually from our Abbeville office.

What You'll Do

As our Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts. You’ll help drive profitable growth by:

• Building and strengthening customer relationships
\n
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
\n
• Partnering with Manufacturer Representatives to expand market presence
\n
• Developing account strategies, forecasts, and sales plans
\n
• Preparing quotes and negotiating pricing within established guidelines
\n
• Managing customer interactions primarily through phone, email, virtual meetings, and CRM
\n
• Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who has:

• 3+ years of account management, business development, or industrial/B2B sales experience
\n
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
\n
• The ability to build trusted customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities
\n
• A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent organizational skills
\n
