HR M&A Lead

Develop comprehensive HR integration plans For our client, we are seeking a HR M&A Lead to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a life sciences environment. Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $210,528 – $328,950 annually Responsibilities Lead HR due diligence for acquisition targets Assess cultural compatibility and people-related risks Develop comprehensive HR integration plans Harmonize compensation and benefits across entities Identify and design retention programs for key talent Manage organizational design to ensure fairness and legality Lead employee communication strategies throughout transactions Drive execution against deal milestones and measure integration success Qualifications 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience with broad responsibilities 2-5+ years leading HR for M&As or divestitures, including complex transactions Deep knowledge of employment law, benefits, and compliance in transactions Strong program and project management skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Comfortable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Expertise in acquisitions and joint ventures including due diligence Experience with international deals and global employment considerations Benefits Option for remote work Comprehensive health benefits package Eligibility for bonuses and stock options Access to professional development resources Flexibility in work schedule Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
