Associate - Talent Strategy (Permanent Division)

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid/Remote flexibility; EST preferred) We are seeking an Associate – Talent Strategy to join our Permanent Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for high-level positions across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fill open requisitions Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle Assess candidate fit based on client core values, skill set, and overall alignment with the role Ensure timely submission and presentation of qualified applicants Communicate effectively with candidates regarding status and next steps Provide a consistent, brand-aligned candidate experience What We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office (EST hours preferred) Outgoing personality with a positive, energetic attitude Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Third Group
