What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Guide new clients through the enrollment process.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.

• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on each client's needs.

• Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist clients with updates as their needs change.

• Build long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and outstanding service.

• Maintain accurate client documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
