Position Overview The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states for a large employee population. This role requires a high level of accuracy, compliance knowledge, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume, multi-state payroll in a timely and accurate manner Manage payroll for large employee populations (1000+ employees preferred) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Maintain and update payroll records, deductions, and tax withholdings Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries Partner with HR and accounting teams for reporting and reconciliations Assist with audits and ensure proper payroll documentation Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Background processing payroll for 1,000+ employees Advanced reporting or payroll system optimization experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
