Position Information Position Title: Visual Art & Design Office Assistant Requisition Number: H00426P Position Category: Hourly/Work Study Campus Location: Weber State University - Ogden, UT Hours per week: 20 Months per year: 12 Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 Job Summary / Basic Function Front desk coverage as needed in the department. Standard office duties include maintaining bulletin boards and signage, assisting with budget reports, organizing office supplies, maintaining various spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate and organized records. Run errands, answer phones, greet incoming visitors, students, faculty and staff. Assist department instructors and staff as needed. Must be competent with computers. This is for individuals who are eligible for Federal Work Study. Required Qualifications Experience working in an office setting, good computer skills, and ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an office setting, good computer skills (MS office/excel), and ability to multi-task. Ability to meet deadlines, good computer and communication skills, ability to prioritize and good organization skills are essential. Work-study Student preferred, but not required.
