Multi-Location Paint Customer Specialist

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Sherwin-Williams in Kansas City, MO seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend paint solutions. You will process sales, maintain displays, and ensure a high level of service. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, and staying knowledgeable about product features.
