Benefits Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Possible Workplace Flexibility Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients Connect with agency purchased leads to understand their insurance needs Educate clients and recommend personalized insurance solutions Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other Farmers Insurance products Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships Meet and exceed individual sales goals Maintain organized client records and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity in the community Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys building relationships and helping people Is confident communicating in person and over the phone Is motivated by goals and personal achievement Handles challenges with resilience and a positive attitude Is coachable and eager to learn Takes initiative and follows through Wants to build a long-term career, not just find another job Preferred Qualifications One year or more of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and time management Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain) #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
