What You'll Do
- Implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
- Conduct exercise, massage, gait, and balance training for patients
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Assist in developing personalized care plans for long-term care residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Promote patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
What You Need
Required:- Current PTA license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Long Term Care setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Familiarity with therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
